The SÍA Instructor
What makes a SÍA Instructor?
Technique matters, but so does the person behind the class. We look for instructors who can create connection, energy and a welcoming experience while maintaining a high standard of coaching.
Motivated
You genuinely enjoy movement, teaching and continuously developing your skills.
Communicative
You feel comfortable guiding a room, explaining movement clearly and connecting personally with clients.
People focused
You care about the experience of every client and understand that great coaching is about more than delivering exercises.
Communication
Languages matter.
Our community is international. Being able to communicate confidently and clearly is therefore an important part of the SÍA Instructor role.
Education & Standards
Education is part of our standard.
We place great importance on professional education and a strong technical foundation.
For Pilates Instructor roles, we prefer applicants with a STOTT PILATES® / Merrithew® education or a comparable high quality certification.
Previous teaching experience is valuable, but every new SÍA Instructor completes our internal onboarding and training process regardless of previous experience.
SÍA Instructor Training
100 hours of onboarding.
Every Instructor completes our SÍA Instructor Training to learn our teaching standards, class structure, studio experience and coaching approach.
The SÍA Instructor Training is currently available exclusively as part of our internal Instructor onboarding.
