If you are injured, Pilates can be an excellent way to support your recovery. Our instructors are experienced in working with clients who have injuries and will tailor exercises to your specific needs and limitations. We recommend starting with a Private Class so we can assess your condition and create a safe and effective program that promotes healing, improves mobility, and strengthens your body without putting unnecessary strain on the injured area.
Please consult with your doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you're unsure, and let us know about your injury in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Your safety is our top priority!
Our pregnancy policy prevents you from practising in our group classes beyond 20 weeks of pregnancy. We strongly advise you to speak with your medical provider to discuss what exercise may be suitable for you or to book a private class. We do wish you all the best for this exciting time- congratulations!
