By using this website or booking a class with SÍA Studios, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website. The term "you" refers to the user, client, or viewer of our services.

All material on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of SÍA Studios or licensed to it. Use of this content is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly authorized in writing by SÍA Studios.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of materials from this site is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Studio Classes Terms & Conditions

  • Class Schedule: While we aim to deliver all classes on time and as advertised, schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

  • Teachers: The assigned teacher for a class may change without prior notice.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:

    • Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the class.
    • SÍA Studios does not offer refunds, transfers, or compensation for classes that are late, changed, or canceled for any reason.

  • Late Entry: For your safety and to minimize disruptions, late entry after the start of class will not be permitted.

  • Belongings: SÍA Studios is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings during your visit.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Clients must disclose any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating in any class.
    • By attending a class, you confirm that you have been examined by a medical professional within the past six months and are in good physical health to participate in Pilates.
    • You acknowledge that failure to follow the instructor’s guidance may increase the risk of injury, for which SÍA Studios is not liable.

  • Liability Waiver: SÍA Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or property damage that may occur during participation in classes or use of the studio. Participation is voluntary, and clients assume all associated risks.

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • SÍA Studios does not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions on services, workshops, or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or other reasons.

Packages & Session Passes

  • Validity:

    • Single sessions are valid for 1 month.
    • 5-session packages are valid for 2 months.
    • 10-session packages are valid for 4 months.
    • 20-session packages are valid for 6 months.
    • 50-session packages are valid for 12 months.

  • Packages cannot be shared. Misuse will result in cancellation without refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session.

  • Class passes and packages exclude attendance at workshops or guest instructor sessions unless otherwise specified.

Private & Semi-Private Classes

  • Private and Semi-Private bookings require advance payment and are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the session being charged in full.

Pregnancy & Injury

Clients who are pregnant or recovering from an injury must consult their doctor before participating and inform the studio in advance. Classes can be tailored to suit individual needs, but participation is at the client’s own risk.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made via our online platform or app.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Clients must have a valid session pass or package to book a class.

Conduct & Studio Policies

  • SÍA Studios reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who disrupts the class or breaches these terms.
  • Clients are expected to follow studio etiquette and instructor guidance at all times.
